GREETERS AND USHERS

The duties of each are co-mingled. Both welcome our parishioners and guests to the Sacred Liturgy with a smile and a friendly greeting.

The ushers also greet people as they enter the hall and, when necessary, assist them with finding seats. They take up the collection after the Prayer of the Faithful. They indicate the direction in which people should move to receive the Eucharist. At the end of the liturgy they pass out Bulletins.

Greeters are stationed at each entrance of the Parish Center. When Greeters arrive before mass the Lead Usher will assign a position, as they need to assist the Ushers in taking up the collection. At the end of the Liturgy they also help hand out Bulletins.
