Sacramental Preparation for School Aged Children & Teens
In order to register to celebrate a sacrament
the young person is required
to be registered in the parish Faith Formation Program
or
to be attending a Catholic School.
Registration to celebrate the sacraments of
Reconciliation (Confession), Confirmation and Eucharist
takes place at an hour-long sacramental registration meeting.

Steps to the Celebration of the Sacraments
- Attend a Sacramental Registration meeting. Pick up a Family Sacramental Packet for each sacrament to be celebrated.
- Fill out the sacramental registration card for each sacrament to be celebrated.
- Submit a copy of the Baptismal Certificate
- Complete the family materials in the sacramental packet and return to the Faith Formation office by the due date listed on the front of each packet.
- Pick up the Child’s or Teens Sacramental Packet
- Complete the materials at home and return to the Faith Formation office by the due date listed on the front of each packet.
- Attend, (parent & child), the retreats for each sacrament to be celebrated.
- Attend, (parent & child), the rehearsal for each sacrament to be celebrated.
